Why Prevention Beats Reaction in South Florida

Florida’s climate means pest pressure never fully stops. A reactive approach means you’re always one infestation behind. A preventive program keeps you permanently ahead of it.

📅

Year-Round Pest Pressure

Unlike northern climates where cold winters reset pest populations, South Florida’s warmth keeps ants, cockroaches, mosquitoes, and rodents active every month of the year. There’s no natural off-season — which means protection can’t be seasonal either.

💰

Prevention Costs Less

A recurring maintenance plan is consistently less expensive than emergency treatments for active infestations — especially for termites, bed bugs, or rodents where structural damage and remediation can cost thousands. Prevention is the better investment, every time.

🛡️

Continuous Protection

A maintenance program creates an ongoing barrier rather than treating problems after they develop. Perimeter treatments, entry point monitoring, and regular inspections catch developing issues before they become infestations.

Preventive Maintenance Plan Options

Every plan includes interior and exterior treatment, a free re-service guarantee between visits, and service documentation. Choose the frequency that fits your property and pest pressure.

📅

Monthly Plan

Maximum protection for properties with high pest pressure — homes near water, wooded areas, or with previous infestation history. Monthly visits maintain the strongest possible barrier and catch new activity before it can establish.

Every 30 days Highest protection High-pressure properties
🔁

Bi-Monthly Plan

Our most popular program. Service every two months is the sweet spot for most South Florida homes — comprehensive enough to keep general pest pressure under control without over-treating. Includes ants, roaches, spiders, mosquitoes, and more.

Every 60 days Most popular Best value
🗓️

Quarterly Plan

For properties with lower pest pressure or as a supplement to other pest-specific treatments. Quarterly visits provide seasonal protection and catch emerging issues early — a good fit for newer homes or those with strong exclusion already in place.

Every 90 days Lower pressure properties Seasonal coverage

What Every Maintenance Visit Includes

Every scheduled visit follows the same thorough process — not a quick spray and leave.

Exterior Perimeter Treatment

Full perimeter spray around the foundation, entry points, eaves, and exterior walls. Creates a barrier that stops pests before they enter. We also treat harborage areas in landscaping, mulch beds, and around exterior structures.

Interior Spot Treatment

Targeted treatment of common interior harborage areas — under sinks, behind appliances, in utility closets, and along baseboards where needed. We treat interior only when there’s a reason to, not as a matter of routine.

Activity Monitoring

Each visit includes a visual inspection for signs of new pest activity — droppings, damage, entry points, or conducive conditions. Catching a developing issue at a routine maintenance visit costs far less than treating an established infestation.

Free Re-Service Guarantee

If pest activity returns between scheduled visits, we come back at no extra charge. Maintaining plan customers get priority scheduling for re-service calls — typically within 1–2 business days of contact.

Preventive Maintenance — Questions Answered

We don’t believe in locking customers into long-term contracts they can’t get out of. Our maintenance plans are recurring agreements that you can cancel with reasonable notice. We’d rather earn your continued business by delivering results than keep it through contract terms.

For exterior-only visits, no — we can complete the service without you being home and will leave a service report. For interior treatment we ask that someone be present. We’ll communicate clearly before each visit about what’s planned so you can decide if you need to be there.

Yes. We use EPA-registered products at label-directed concentrations. We recommend keeping pets off exterior treated areas while they dry — typically 30–45 minutes. We’ll note any specific precautions based on your pets and the products used for that visit.

Pricing depends on your property size, plan frequency, and any specific pest pressures we need to address. We provide a clear quote before starting — no surprise charges or hidden fees. Contact us for a free initial inspection and we’ll give you exact pricing based on your property.

Yes. Mosquito treatments, termite monitoring, rodent station programs, and other targeted services can be added to any maintenance plan. Many clients combine a general pest maintenance program with a separate termite monitoring program for comprehensive year-round coverage. We’ll build a program that makes sense for your specific situation.
